Kinda Mad ("we," "us") is an independent music project based in Jackson, Tennessee, operating as a DBA rather than a registered company. This page explains what information we collect when you interact with our website, email list, SMS list, and pre-save / smart-link pages, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

Email address, and phone number if you opt in to SMS, when you join our list via kindamadband.com.
Basic device, browser, and location data (via cookies/pixels) when you visit our website or any of our pre-save / smart-link pages hosted on found.ee.
Interaction data such as email opens, link clicks, and ad engagement, used to understand what content and promotions resonate with fans.

How we use it

Sending release updates, show announcements, and occasional promotions by email (and SMS, once that channel is active).
Building remarketing / retargeting audiences so our ads reach people who've already shown interest in our music.
Understanding which platforms and campaigns are actually working, so we don't waste your attention or our budget.

Third parties we use

Klaviyo — email & SMS delivery and list management.
found.ee — pre-save pages, smart links, and the associated tracking pixel used for retargeting and analytics.
Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal — when you pre-save or follow through one of our links, you're authorizing that platform directly; we don't see or store your login credentials for these services.
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and similar ad platforms — used to run and measure advertising campaigns.

We don't sell your personal data. We only share it with the service providers above, as needed to run the mailing list, the pre-save pages, and our advertising.

Unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any email we send.
Reply STOP to any text to stop SMS messages, or HELP for help.
